Privacy Policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy describes how crazy-cattle-3d.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you visit the site, play the browser version of Crazy Cattle 3D, download a desktop build, or email us.

Contact: [email protected].

The site is a guide and download page for Crazy Cattle 3D. It does not offer user accounts, and it does not run an advertising network or a third-party analytics product.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to register, and we do not ask for your name, phone number, or payment details.

When you use the site, the following may be processed:

Server logs. Our web host records standard request data, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested, the referring address, and your browser type. These logs are created so the server can deliver pages, downloads, and the browser game, and so we can spot abuse and fix outages.

Theme preference. If you switch between light and dark, the choice is saved in your browser under the key cc3d-theme. It stays on your device. We do not receive it on our server.

Browser game data. The in-browser game may store progress or settings in your browser, for example in local storage or IndexedDB. That data stays on your device unless the game itself sends a request to this site to load its files.

Email. If you write to [email protected], we receive the address you write from, your message, and any attachments you include.

Fonts. Pages load the Noto Sans SC typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) to fetch those files. Google receives the technical data needed to serve the font, such as your IP address. Google’s own policy applies to that request: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use the site to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to:

We do not use this information for targeted advertising.

3. Cookies and similar storage

The site does not set a marketing cookie and does not load an ad pixel.

Your browser may store:

You can clear these in your browser settings. Clearing them resets the theme and may reset in-browser game progress. It does not delete an email you already sent us.

4. Downloads

Windows, macOS, and Linux builds are offered as zip files from this site. Requesting a file is recorded in the server logs described above. We do not add a tracking identifier to the download, and we do not ask you to create an account to download.

5. Email

Messages sent to [email protected] are read so we can answer questions about this website, such as corrections, broken links, or privacy requests. We keep a message only as long as we need it to handle that conversation and any follow-up. We do not add your address to a mailing list, and we do not sell it.

This mailbox cannot provide copies of the game beyond the downloads already published on the site, and it is not the developer’s support channel.

6. Other websites

The site links to pages we do not operate, including the developer’s itch.io page and the soundtrack page on Bandcamp. If you follow those links, their privacy policies apply, not this one. The embedded browser game is served from this site. If a future game on the Games page is hosted elsewhere, that host’s policy will apply to play on their servers.

7. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.

We share information only in these cases:

Hosting. The company that hosts the site processes server logs and the files needed to deliver the site.

Email. Messages you send are stored with the email provider that hosts [email protected].

Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to download the font, as described above.

Legal and safety. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we believe it is necessary to protect the site, our users, or the rights and safety of others.

8. How long we keep information

9. International transfers

The site, its host, Google Fonts, and the email provider may process data in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where a transfer of personal data from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom needs a legal safeguard, we rely on the mechanism our provider makes available, such as standard contractual clauses, or on the fact that the transfer is needed to respond to your email or to serve the page you requested.

10. Children

The site is a general-audience game guide. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has emailed us personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

11. Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, or to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.

Most of what this site processes is either a short-lived server log or data that never leaves your browser. If you email us, you can ask us to delete that correspondence. To make a request, email [email protected]. We may ask for enough detail to find the message. We will respond within a reasonable time and, where a one-month deadline applies, within that period unless the request is complex.

You can also:

12. Changes

If we add accounts, advertising, or a third-party analytics tool, we will update this page before or when that change goes live, and we will change the date at the top.
